Line-ups:

At this time of year,  mid-week fixtures become few and far between, so at times it's catch as catch can.  It was either this game or South Normanton v Shirebrook in the Derby F.A. Senior Cup.  Pleased I opted for this one - gave me a chance to spend some time with Pinxton boss Benjamin Newman, who was at this game to check out a few players. Donation to the "maggie's" charity  was very much appreciated, Ben!

The Bulls opened the scoring on 9 when right back WILL HORTON drilled a shot low and hard  past the Staveley keeper.

The equaliser came in the 30th minute, Ross Goodwin's superb run and cross from the right hammered home at the far post by CONOR BENDALL.  Staveley went in at the break with the advantage, KURTIS MORLEY converting from the spot after the Refeee awarded a penalty for a hand ball offence. H-T 1-2

With 20 minutes of the second half played, RYAN WATTERS fired the ball across the AFC goal and it somehow ended up in the back of the net. It was originally thought that the goal was going to go down as a 'keeper OG, but after clarification with the Welfare bench, it was confirmed that the goal was to be credited to Watters . F-T 1-3
